Hi! I'm Mingyang (Elias), a software engineer and startup co-founder with a finance background from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and SKEMA Business School. I combine technical skills with financial knowledge to build AI/ML systems and quantitative trading tools.
Over the past few years, I've co-founded startups and led engineering teams (up to 5 engineers), taking full responsibility for technical decisions and delivery. My experience includes collaborating closely with product managers, CEOs, and business stakeholders to ship production systems at scale.

I'm realistic about limitations—backtesting performance doesn't always translate to live trading, and I'm still figuring out what works in real markets.
My approach is to take ownership, work diligently, collaborate effectively with managers and stakeholders, and deliver quality results. While I've had successes, I'm far from having all the answers—I make mistakes, debug issues late into the night, and constantly learn from failures.
